Operational Principal

During R&D normally only a few grams of a new substance are available. The Bolz MiniDRY® has been designed to work with extremely small quantities of material to determine the most suitable mixing and drying technology.

The MiniDRY® offers a broad operating window for R&D with its special design in terms of size, instrumentation, and flexibility.

The revolutionary dual mixing design of this unit, which is the ability to select between either an Orbiting Arm or Central-Shaft Mixer, allows the user to determine the best mixing technology. In addition to this dual mixing technology, the unit can be supplied with a Plexiglass cone for viewing of the mixing process.

Drying of the material is conducted via the continuous mixing of the product in the heated vessel while under vacuum.
